Qualifying from 15th Nov- 15th Dec 2023

Steps to Follow: 
1) Register through the participation form with correct info in every field.

2) Pay the Registration fees of 2499 Rs by 5th November 2023 via cash at venue, Online Payments or UPI. Get in touch with our team if you face issues.

START OF QUALIFYING RACES

1) Participants will be invited to set the best lap times from 15th Nov onwards till 15th December 2023.

2) Participants will have flexibility to coordinate with The organizers for getting slots as per preferable schedule throughout the qualifying race period (15th Nov - 15th Dec)

3) To ensure Clean racing the participants would be invited on weekdays or low traffic time at the track.

4) Participants will be added to the official WhatsApp Channel for categories where best lap times & standings will be shared periodically.  Check your ranking and lap timings on the official channel.

Finals will happen for the top lap scorer for each categories in the third or fourth week of December. (TBA)

Tournament Guidelines

                                                                                   

  • Categories will be made between Junior Class & Adult Class-Male/Female

  • Gears will be provided at the venue (i.e. Helmets/ Neck braces). Participants are also allowed to use their own gear. 

  • Winners from each category will be awarded prizes

  • Qualifiers from each category will be declared based on the average of 2 fastest lap times. E.g. If your 2 best lap times are 29.873 Sec and 29.920 Sec the Fastest lap considered for the tournament would be (29.873 Sec+29.920 Sec)/2 = 29.896 Sec.

  • Electric Karts would be provided at the venue.

  • All Karts provided would have a 1.5KW Motor along with a 60V battery pack. These are one of the fastest combinations in the country on a recreational track.

  • Any touch to another driver/ Touching in barricades would lead to disqualification of that specific lap time.

  • To ensure clean lanes - a maximum of 3 drivers would be allowed during the tournament sessions.

  • Participants would be requested to do the lap times during Weekdays to ensure we can accommodate empty tracks. The same would be coordinated by the Race Marshal and organizer teams

  • Choice of Karts would be given based on availability - This would be easy for the team to accommodate during weekdays.

  • In case the participants are not happy with their scores - they can add another round in the tournament at the standard sessions rates available at the venue. (This can be done only after the registration fee has been paid)

  • Every Participant would receive a T-shirt & participation Certificate from the organizers.

  • Race Marshals & Race control’s decision would be final on track.

  • All Tournament registration can happen at the Venue or on our Website 

  • All Participants would have visibility of the best lap times during the entire championship.

  • Rules are subject to change and would be communicated to all participants in case.
