Refund Policy for Services
1.1 Thank you for choosing to book services with www.thepinkfalcon.com.
1.2 Once a service is booked and paid for, we do not offer refunds, unless there are extenuating circumstances which are beyond the control of the customer or the company.
1.3 However, we do offer our customers the ability to change their booking date and time, subject to availability. Any change requests must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment.
1.4 If a customer cancels a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided.
1.5 If we are unable to provide the services for any reason, we will offer a full refund to the customer. The refund will be processed to the source account within 21 days. We would also be able to provide you a credit note of the full booking amount via email.

2. Cancellation Policy for Services
2.1 We understand that sometimes circumstances arise which may require you to cancel your booked service with www.thepinkfalcon.com.
2.2 To cancel a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
2.3 If you cancel a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, we may charge a cancellation fee of Rs 1000 or a percentage of the total booking fee, depending on the circumstances.
2.4 If we are unable to provide the service for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund. The refund will be as per our refund policy.
2.5 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, or other emergencies. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date and time that works for you.
